ON THE WATER

The breeze of the water,
Makes me cold and calm,
I become refreshed.

We speed again wave,
Fly on wave,
Tossed here and there,
Rocked around,
The ever moving water,
Buzzing against the shore.

Some on the way to work,
Some to catch fun,
Some to secure in uniform,
some moving goods across the ocean,
Thousands plying.

May I always be in your good books,
Sailing to and fro,
Enjoying your endless calm,
Knowing you keep other creatures,
Men keep finding beneath you,
I revere the deep.
